When me and my friend signed up for a relay event in track. I wasn't put in a team with my friend. I was in a team of popular girls who thought they were the best. I wasn't that good. They saw that I flinched away from the baton when they passed it to me. The made me turn away and whacked my hand with the baton a bunch of times, multiple days of practice, my hand would be stinging when track was letout. They also made me drill over and over alone, but when the other girls in the group practiced they wouldn't let me run with them. One day they told me that I didnt matter, so that was why I didn't run with them. I started believing them.
I'm so sorry that happened. You are absolutely worth it. ❤️ ❤️ ❤️
