I wish some people would stop being sexist or racist. Just because someone is a woman or someone is not white does not mean they are trying to ruin your life or something.

Yes. If someone is colored or something, don’t say like, is it hard being black in America? Or whatever because that is actually creating more unnecessary racial separation. It’s not necessary to congratulate a woman for doing a “mans job”. It’s normalizing the idea that we need to treat people of different races, genders, sexuality’s, etc. like a magnificent special beings, when if we could erase all these thoughts we could have a non-biased well balanced community. In summary: treat everyone the same.
