My friends and I all like this guy josh and I have known him for a while, because he is my brother's friend. All my friends are way hotter than me as well, and the guy is 2 years older than us. Any advice for me? If you don't have any, any advice for my friends?

Focus on your school work and being the best you that you can be. Relationships that come about organically are way better than ones that are forced. It is never a good idea to pursue the friends of your sibling. It causes so many problems and it very rarely works out. (The same is true for pursuing the siblings of your friends.) And it is also a bad idea to be in competition with your friends for the affections of a guy. It just never ends well. Your friends will be around way longer than any boyfriend will.
