I've always thought of one's "sex" as the bits they were born with, and "gender" as one's identity. You know, it's actually rather strange because I have so many fluid friends & acquaintances, but we're all so accepting of each other that it's not a conversation that we have, because nobody cares. I mean honestly, for the ones who have issues with it, what does it matter if one identifies as a boy, or girl, or a god damn bologna sandwich?

Personally I don't have anything better to do and also informing people of facts and telling them to not be an a*****e to people they don't understand is important. Another good thing is how seeing people argue with the transphobes honestly restores some faith that some people are still good yk

paid pets forces people to be able to afford them, so as to prove they can afford to maintain them. Free pets end up in puppy mills as breeding animals etc.

I know this won´t be popular, but for me it´d be alcohol. It never solves any problems, only creates them. I still don´t get why it´s considered normal that you need to drink (lots of) alcohol to celebrate something.

I totally agree. It's a waste of money. And if you watch cop videos on YouTube where they bring people into jail... 90% are because of alcohol. Spousal abuse would be lower too if booze was just GONE from the planet. Why are all these people trying to sedate themselves - is life THAT BAD? Oh... and I love books too.

Earth should be colder. I say this partly because of Global Warming and it no longer ever snows on my birthday in December anymore but also because I have the core of a dying star and I'm always super hot. In the temperature sense not the attractive sense. So Earth being colder would mean I wouldn't actively suffer from the heat like every single day which sounds like paradise for me

If the question involves changing one thing about the EARTH, for the benefit of humans . . . I would make it revolve around the sun quicker (250 days?). Winter and Summer would shorter and the hot and cold temperatures wouldn't be as extreme. Most of the year would be like Autumn or Spring. . . . [Unintended consequences?]

I would completely eliminate money. No one gets paid, but everything is free. This also stops bribes, which in turn lowers corruption. Also, inflation won't matter and things won't be so pricy.

I know it's a total cliché, but it would genuinely be poverty. I'd stop children starving to death. I'd stop western children going to bed hungry. I'd ensure everyone has access to clean, safe drinking water. I'd do this using education and stopping corrupt governments from scalping their people just for a buck, which would have a knock on effect on the environment. If people in the 3rd world are wealthy enough to ensure they can live, not just survive. Without corrupt leaders people will no longer be allowed to break ships for wages that amount to slavery.

Humans and global warming. A lot of people I know think global warming is something that is in the near future when it's happening now. It just feels so stupid to have to explain that our planet is dying because of choices the human race made and continues to make even though we know these actions are killing the planet. I have a friend who studied the Great Pacific Garbage Patch and it was surreal seeing images of all that trash and how massive the Patch is. Many people I know have never heard of it and I feel everyone should know about it. Ice caps are melting and destroying habitats for animals because so much natural gas and CO2 are released from non-electric vehicles. These gasses are creating a blanket around the Earth which keeps heat in and in doing so warms up the world. Something that helps is trees. They suck in the CO2 and store it. However, humans are cutting down trees which releases all that gas back. Here's my final sentence: If you can, plant a tree.
