Moulin Rouge.
When you first watch it, you are so confused because of the style of is filmed (haven't watched the Broadway version, but I love the film so much I don't care), but one scene comes and it clicks. It all makes sense. And as you watch it again and again, you see the massive amount of foreshadowing. I don't think there is a scene that is not foreshadowed.
It has Erwan McGregor (man, can he sing) and Nicole Kidman, and the chemistry is AMAZING! The songs are beautifully done and I bawl every time at the end. WATCH IT!
Hamilton. It's the first musical I ever watched, and it set the bar pretty high. I got to see it in person back in October, and that was one of the best experiences of my life.
Hamilton was also the 1st musical I listened to, and while it is not my favorite anymore, it holds a very special place in my heart.
