I Make Magical Pencils, Notebooks And Journals From Scratch, And Here Are 17 Of The Best Ones

I grew up in the 80's and I was fascinated by the fantasy world, whether it was movies, literature or even the role playing games my older brothers played, it really developed my imagination. I continued to be interested in this universe when I grew up and also in the world of witchcraft that I discovered a little later. It's very naturally that I started to create grimoires and wands for my own pleasure, then to please others by combining several passions!

Sculpting and modeling is another of my passions, it gives an organic look and a unique result that perfectly matched what I had in mind when I started to imagine my grimoires. I wanted people to be able to look at them, but also to want to touch them.

When I work, I always put myself in the shoes of my customers, I want to have unique objects, that you can't see anywhere else, as if they were made for me. That's why each of my pieces are carefully handmade, including the packaging, I take all the time necessary and I don't hesitate to start over several times if necessary! I’m my own worst enemy, every detail counts!

I love decorative objects, but I love even more when they have a function, that's why I came up with the idea of creating wand pencils, magic notebooks and grimoires to write in. What I like most is to be able to create small objects that invite the imagination.

When you work alone you have to wear many hats! You have to imagine the product, order the materials, do tests, then move on to the manufacturing stage, taking into account the packaging and costs, answer the customers' questions, run to the post office and keep your accounts, and finally, you have to renew your ideas and start again. Personally, I would say that the most complicated part of my job is probably the marketing, I’m by nature discreet and I really have a hard time getting out of my creative bubble to put myself forward, that's why I’m really grateful to platforms like Bored Panda to help me share my work!
