Guy Finds Dead Cockroach On His Office Stairwell, And The Story Gets Better And Better With Every Pic
All of us who are part of the rat race of life know what it’s like to trudge back and forth to the office daily without anything particularly exciting to look forward to. Well one man on Imgur, noticed a lonely dead cockroach on his daily walk out of the office “via a seldom used fire stairwell” and saw an opportunity to liven up his days.
Over the past month user TheDisney Dad began a series of diorama drama stories made from post-it notes, starring the dead bug and while it may sound bizarre they are extremely entertaining. Scroll down below to see this cockroach mini series!
This Imgur user would leave the office via the same seldomly used fire stairwell everyday until something caught his eye
Here’s the cockroach mini series
“Happy birthday!”
“I left him a present…”
“…but he drank too much at the party and vomited…”
“He was there so long that the paramedics came…”
“…but it turned out he was dead, so the police were called”
“It turned into a crime scene…”
“Whilst the funeral was going on”
“(over two steps now)”
“The stairwell was finally cleaned, and it was all taken away, but undeterred, a scene appeared from the offices of the SVU”
“And they finally found the culprit!”
“I’ve had fun…”
“It kept me (and apparently quite a few others) entertained. It turns out that others used that stairwell as well”
People were surprised and entertained at the idea
Going into the story I thought What the heck? This turned out to be surprisingly entertaining and funny. I wish I worked there. He seems to have a lot of free time and I just hope he washed his hands. My only question is how often exactly are those stairs cleaned? Would they have taken even longer to clean them if the art didn't appear on them or would they have cleaned them sooner?
Maybe the stairs weren't cleansed too often that's way the roach couldn't stand and died.
Load More Replies...We have an over-abundance of dead (and live) cockroaches where I work. Years ago, I saw a dead cockroach that remained in place for several days. I made a sign on a sticky note that said "Hi, My name's Brad." The next day, Brad's sign was gone. Brad was still there. I made a new sign that said something like "Someone stole my sign. Can't a cockroach get any respect around here?" The next day the sign was gone and Brad was still there. I discovered a place that manufactures and sells "Tiny Crime Scene Tape." I ordered some online. The crime scene tape arrived - FROM ENGLAND (that gives you an idea of the timeframe) - and Brad was STILL THERE. So I cordoned off the area with the tape. (I get the w*****s from cockroaches so I avoid getting too close to even dead ones.) By the next morning someone had left a toy police car and cop. Apparently by the next day, the coroner finally showed up and took Brad away and the police cleared the scene.
