My friend and I had a small sign writing business. We would sub out some work to a woman, the problem was that she would never arrive at the agreed time, always late up to hours. It would hold up the job we losing money/time, she was amazed at us being upset at her lack of punctuality acting as if we were in the wrong expecting her to be on time.
