It may help people to stop thinking of those situations as "wrong" and just think of them as a different direction. Wrong implies that there is ever a correct way for things to happen, and in a vacuum, sure, that's true...but for life? There isn't a right and wrong way for things to occur. They just do. So the next time something goes "wrong", it just went in a way that you weren't expecting (that may be sad, but bring happiness later maybe).
