My wife and I have a daughter who is 25 years old. She had a first child (our granddaughter) at age of 15. Her second (grandson) at the age of 18, and her third (granddaughter) at 21. She and her boyfriend, who is the same age would not mind, would not listen, didn't care if they were grounded. They snuck out all the time. His parents and us tried everything we could possibly think of to keep them from being stupid. My wife even took our daughter to get on birth control, she didn't take it. Now at 25, the boyfriend is in prison for dealing drugs, and our daughter won't work. My wife and I have all three grandkids most of the time. Their mother only pops in maybe once a week to see them for an hour, then she's gone again. The grandkids don't even view her as their mother. My wife and I also have another daughter who went to university and now has a rewarding career. Sometimes you just get a bad apple.

This reminds me of when I was in 3rd grade. I have no idea why, but girls could wear shorts and boys could not. So this boy kept asking to wear shorts, and they kept telling him no. Well one day he came in wearing shorts anyway. They tried to send him home, but his parents came in and it became this whole sexist lawsuit ordeal. So the school decided to ban all shorts for everyone, even the girls. Well that didn't sit right with other parents, and it was an even bigger ordeal. Finally the school board decided to abolish the policy and let everyone wear shorts.

My wife and I were out shopping for a crib for our newborn. She had stopped off to look at something else while I went on to look at the cribs. I had wanted a specific setup, so I decided to ask the sales lady for help. I was talking to the sales lady when my wife joined us, and the sales lady immediately stopped talking to me and started discussing the crib with my wife. Because I was the one who wanted the setup, my wife asked her why she was talking to her, and that she should continue discussing it with me. We were young and hadn't been married a year yet, but that's when I realized my wife would always have my back. Still married to her 20+ years later.

Haha, I remember being in 5th grade and telling my friends what a MILF was. My teacher tried the samething. She got me up in front of the class so I could tell the whole class. I asked her if she wanted me to use the correct words, and she said yes. I blurted out every word in detail and the class erupted Into laughter. Upper management realized some individuals actually do work from home, while others have done very little the last 2 years. The figured the managers would know best who works and who does not. We like cats, so I didn't pay much attention, only stopping a few times for a quick pet as I kept working. Later that evening, the cat was still there. So we asked all the neighbors if it was their cat. No one had ever seen the cat. We put him outside and figured he would go home. The next morning he was sleeping on our patio chair. We decided to give him some food and water, and figured he would eventually go back to his home. He never did. Every morning he was still there sleeping in the chair, and spent most of his days trying to come in. We finally let him in and he became our cat. I had him for 15 years until he died. I always said he adopted me.

I don't get it. I've been friends with a gay guy since we were kids. I been friends with a lesbian since 1996. I have a gay niece, and a gay nephew inlaw. I've never looked at them any different than I do anyone else. I know some people don't like them for being gay, but why do they care who they sleep with? It doesn't affect them one way or the other. I don't get it.

When I first moved in with my future wife, we decided to slit the bills and keep our money separate. She has her bank account, I have mine, and we have a house account funded by both of us. The idea was that neither of us should ever tell the other what they can or cannot spend money on. As long as our respective bills are paid, buy whatever we want with our own money. It worked, and our financial arrangement is still setup the same way to this day. We have been married for many years now and I can honestly say we have never had an argument about money.

Most factors do not run at a 100% capacity. If one factor is shutdown, production can be ramped up to cover the shortage at the other factors. The fact they're not ramping up production tells me they're creating the shortage to drive up the cost.

The real question is why are we having all these shortages now? Chip shortages, formula shortages, gas shortages, and so on. All these shortages started a couple years ago with the toilet paper. Are these created shortages to drive up the prices? My guess us they are.
