NOBODY literally NOBODY "Likes Abortion". It's a nasty tragic event that is VERY necessary. Now if you want to PREVENT abortions, then the best way is through comprehensive sexual education at an early age. Abstinence does not work. Any typical hetero-normative teenager is proof of that. So Teach the kids what to do and not to do and make sure birth control is available and you will see fewer abortions. You can't stop people from having sex, but you can encourage them to do it without the risk of pregnancy.

Unless there’s a real crime or other offense being committed—-real meaning by law, NOT religious laws, but civil laws—-I’d say we should just live and let live. As long as everyone is a fully consenting adult, and they’re not trying to coerce you to join them or otherwise throwing what they’re doing in your face, just let them alone to make themselves happy. Jump in and help if it goes wrong, of course. But otherwise, give them the same consideration you ask for, when it comes to your private life (again, as long as no civil laws are being broken).

I hate how both sides of the issue cannot accept the others point of view. For example, I’m am 100% against abortion but I also understand that half the country is equally if not more passionately pro-abortion. It doesn’t make sense to me to do a full federal ban on abortion or to make it fully legal as either option would take away half the country’s choice. Currently, we leave it to the states to decide and federal funding has been removed from elective abortions. This give citizens a choice. Pro-lifers aren’t forced to fund or support the abortion a they adamantly fight against, and pro-choicers can still access and support abortions if the choose.
