My name is Adam, I'm 33, I'm from Warsaw and I've been living in Berlin for 10 years. For as long as I can remember I've been suffering from depression, lack of self-awareness, and panic attacks. Half a year ago I started an Instagram profile where I post my comics. My protagonist is Depression Chicken, a cute little bird that is an embodiment of my feelings. Because I discovered that through my art I can better convey how I feel. Can you relate to that?

Why would anyone want more self-confidence ? Self-confidence makes you fail at everything (because you always try without preparation and without considering how most goals are unattainable) and be more hated by everyone because of your shitty personality and arrogance.
