What’s the most traumatic thing a teacher has ever done to you?

It happened to me as an adult, not a child, but still in school. I used to go to the adults school here in Belgium to learn the local language, flemish. I was going 4 mornings a week to try to learn as much as I could.
A few years ago I started getting more and more ill. One of my last courses was in autumn 2019; I was very ill and I often needed to skip class because I was too dizzy to take the bus there, I hadnt sleept because of the pain of other reasons. I always tried to study those days at home (as much as I could) and my grades were 7/10 so not great but not bad.
I had two teachers for that course and I explained them my health issues and gave them plenty of doctors notes. One was a sweetheart and was super suportive, asking me how i felt, how were my diagnosis going etc. The other one (f*****g psyco) never cared. She was openly xenophobic as well.
I went for 3 months, in constant pain and extreme fatigue. The last day of classes the f*****g psyco teacher told me with a big smile that she wanted to fail me for not going to class all the days but that since I had a 7.3 in the final exam the secretary hadnt let her fail me.
I ignored her and enrolled on the next course, hoping to eventually get better and to get another teacher. I finished the next 3 months with the same health issues, same teachers and similar average.
The last day of classes the psyco teacher refused to let me do the final exam. This time she knew that if I didnt do the exam she could fail me. She didnt let me do it, failed me despite having a 7 average and when I contacted the secretary they ignored me.
She is the only teacher in the higher courses here. Because of this psyco I will never learn to speak the language fluently. Reducing almost to 0 the few chances that I had to get a job and make friends. All because her ego got hit because I managed to pass her exams without going to all the classes.
The classes are public and there aren't alternatives here. Because of her ableism and hate for migrants I will never integrate here.
