tbh I like looking at kitchens used by professional chefs at home. I can't afford a custom-designed kitchen, but I can look at what the pros have and apply what I can for a budget I can afford. I mean surely they know what they are doing?

Chrissy Tiegen isn't a professional on the level of Gordon Ramsay, but cooking is one of the things she's known for. She has some cookbooks and shows. I'm seriously envying the wok ring and that hood in her kitchen.
