Artist Combines Photos Of The Same Scene Taken At Different Times.
These photos were taken at Palmer Cove in Noank, CT in the spring and Winter 2019.
I take photos of the same scene at different times and combine them using the cube because it creates an altered sense of reality – a 4th dimension that allows you to travel in time to an altered reality.
In 2019, this piece was shown at the MMOA Mystic Museum of Art in Mystic CT in their annual Photoshow41 and it won the first place award. I will post a second piece soon that won the 1st place award in Photoshow39 2 years ago as well.
