This being the first tree out of many let’s have a contest to see who can name the type of tree the quickest. It’s really too bad that I have next to zero knowledge on plants.
These look a lot like redwoods honestly. The bark here is so vivid I feel as though I could reach out and touch it.

Cherry blossoms! This picture was taken under the glow of a yellow lamp at around 8:00 at night.
You may have begun to notice a trend: I have a thing for taking pictures of trees from a worm’s eye view. The moss covering this tree’s bark is almost surreal.
