Through her career, Angelina Jolie has been cited as the most beautiful and the sexiest woman alive. But she wasn‘t always as classy and elegant as we grew to know her today—almost 30 years ago, the young and fierce starlet had quite a different image. So here‘s a unique opportunity to discover unseen photos of one of the most famous, influential, and highest-paid women in Hollywood before she landed her breakthrough leading role in Iain Softley‘s major crime film Hackers in 1995.
Only 19 at the time, pre-fame Jolie is far from camera shy and seems to be ready to conquer the Hollywood scene, becoming an award-winning actress, filmmaker, and humanitarian. In a sultry and provocative photoshoot with LA photographer Marcel Indik, the superstar shows off her curves in revealing outfits while striking seductive poses.
The series of racy photos sparked some discussion online as the images looked more awkward than sexy to some. However, if you pull out your photos from the wild '90s, I bet Angelina still takes the cake.

How dated are those lower back tattoos? 😬 whoever does her PR deserves an award for the way they changed her image from 'sexy' wild child (necklaces with vials of blood, boasting about drugs and knife play in the bedroom etc ) - to a benevolent lady bountiful who turns up to refugee camps and nods compassionately before returning to her hotel. I genuinely admire her good work, but it all seems a little self serving to me.

Most of these are just really badly taken photos. And then, well, shoes that fit so the toes don't hang over the edges? For me, she's proof that if you have good looks and a famous parent, the world is handed to you on a plate.

Agreed. I think she's become an admirable woman for her humanitarian efforts and resilience through breast cancer, none of which is reflected in this photo galley, which I will call: "1990's ham-fisted attempt at sex appeal."

With all due respect to this great actress, these are not good photos - they represent the era in which they made, show woman as a piece of obedient meat. (not that it would be different now )

I remember that people use to say her lips were fake when clearly they are not, she had big lips even as a child. People's obsession about other people's body parts has always weirded me out and this creeped me out as a child in 90s that people would care so much.

The other day for s**ts & giggled I watched "Hackers" again. I don't recommend the movie by any stretch but I appreciate it for how it captures the culture of the world it was made in. (a young Angelina was in it, probably about the same age as this photo shoot. Also, Matthew Lillard!). Her whole attitude / persona then was a punk rocker girl. Hey - whatever works!
