So Google Street View decided to protect the privacy of a cow by blurring its face… Now many of us toss and turn at night, not being able to sleep, with only one thing on our minds – what are you hiding, cow?
Apparently, Google has its own algorithm for detecting faces, and uses two different kinds of advanced detectors. Then they combine the outputs and the results are scored and faces identified.
Surely with such advanced technology, the blurring of this cow’s face wasn’t a mistake… Or was it? The terrible truth is, some questions about Google Face Blur algorithm can only be answered by the company. This cow may be an agent undercover, or the key to our national security. Maybe we will never know…

Share on FacebookIf you move the nav arrows you see other cows are clearly identified. Why? I demand equal privacy treatment for all cows, so that when I drink milk, I don't have to know whose udders it comes from...
- because the grass is slightly obscuring the side of the face that is visible.
Load More Replies...The udder cows faces aren't blurred though...I'll show myself out.
This is phenomenon called "Déjà Moo", french slang for "I had already seen this cow in pub last Friday".
this is hilarious on Google. they know how to entertain people and make money! touché Google, touché
Maybe a bot does that face blurring and it thought it's a human face, for some reason?
It's probably because they have a face detection system that goes through and blurs out detected faces so the don't have to individually go
Maybe the cow is being abused and that don't want people to see his/her case because it's banged up???
Is she being outed, as in Valerie Plame? She might be doing important covert work on Trump's campaign.
