I am a jelly artist who runs my own business called Jelly Alchemy. I create beautiful 3D jelly cakes using seaweed jelly and natural coloring.
I began my journey more than two years ago. Unfortunately, in late 2017 I was diagnosed with stage 3 breast cancer. I had to put my business on hold as I had to undergo treatment. However, I was determined not to let cancer get in the way from doing what I loved. On the days when I was feeling well, I dedicated my time to create 3D jelly cakes for my team of doctors and carers.
During my battle with breast cancer, focusing on creating beautiful 3D jelly cakes helped to shift my focus away from the physical pain and negative thoughts. Moving forward, I hope to find ways to make this a meaningful career so that I can continue dedicating time to gifting this art form to others.
Every piece is created upside down and can take up to 4 hours to complete. The flowers are made petal by petal using an injection method with special tools. It takes a lot of creativity and patience to create each piece!
Aside from being beautiful, they are refreshing in taste. The 3D jelly cakes are infused with flavors like lychee, coconut, peach, rose etc.
The most satisfying part of my job besides showcasing my creativity is to be able to bring joy to others.

Load More Replies...Beautiful! These remind me of the old glass jewelry, paperweights, and other knick-knacks they used to make in the 80s that looked the same. They were done with tiny drills from the back. Anyone else remember those?
Yeah the paperweight you might find in a nice home or office? Sometimes those paperweights had real things in them, like starfish or shells. I saw one that had large crab encased. They were so cool and I wondered how they got those things inside.
Load More Replies...How do I go about ordering one for this Sunday and how much is it please?
I scrolled to the top image (after looking at all of them) to suggest you make an insta with videos of you cutting these open... only to find someone had already suggested it. Seriously tho, do it!
Everything is made out of jelly so it is edible 😉
Load More Replies...Thank you. I don't have any YouTube tutorials at this moment.
Load More Replies...I guess with some sort of injection needle filled with just air? Or the same way taking small pieces of jelly out with a syringe? Or something like that. I don't know though. That seems the most logical to me? But I don't know anything about making these jelly cakes, or better called art!
Load More Replies...I want to purchase this one. Can you please tell me how I can do this? I need it by March 16, 2021.....
caught in a landslide no escape from reality

Thanks! I am recovered now so it's all good.
Load More Replies...Yes ^-^ And what you know as jelly is called jam in the UK.
Load More Replies...These look to beautiful to eat. I am glad you managed to channel your energies away from the pain x
It says in the intro 'infused with flavors like lychee, coconut, peach, rose etc'. Think they sound delicious! Bit more exotic than plain old strawberry jelly.
Load More Replies...i would never be able to eat one of those cakes... too much perfection!!!
My stomach and mental health deserve this! I'd love them in Vanilla flavors please!
I feel like I've seen these being made and they are so cool to watch! If it's what I'm thinking they use a needle and like inject the clear jelly to make the flowers and fish SUPER cool
