The advent of the internet created an advanced method for people to scam you out of your money. Why sell candy bars for ‘team uniforms’, when you can now trick people with the push of a button. Well, not everyone is so gullible.
One woman was recently contacted by what appeared to be a friend of hers through email, but something wasn’t quite right. Perhaps it was the sketchy email address, the poor English or insistence she sends them iTunes gift cards urgently, but this woman wasn’t buying their tricks. Instead of ignoring the messages, she decided to have some fun. Scroll down below to read the hilarious three-day exchange.

There are days I miss the old actual scam phone calls -vs the robo-calls. Many would come on my cell while I was sitting in traffic. My favorite one was the "windows" tech. He called due to some problem that was activated at the tech support center from my Windows computer. I told him that "my windows were fine - in fact just had them double paned. So they are all good!" "No, the windows on your computer." "My computer doesn't sit near the windows." "No, no. The program windows." "My windows aren't the those high tech ones, they don't have a program." "NO! The program on your computer, your PC, WINDOWS!" "Oh, I have a Mac." He hung up on me. How rude. lol
We still get those. It can be hilarious :D
Still get these... I take great delight in asking them how to spell the company name, ( obviously writing it down) . lose about 75 % of them at that point. Then I explain Australia's do-not-call register, Lose the rest doing that.
I've not had one in a long time. I enjoy laughing down the phone at them, but it's unfair really, they're just some s**t paid grunt in a call centre.
My dad got one of those, and spent 15 minutes explaining why "Window"s wouldn't work on his cardboard mansion
I was once suspicious like you, now I deal with Nigerian nobility.
Awesome response lol
Hahahahaha :D ty Joao .
i really wish we could get them scammer arrested. they are such a plague
A story broke yesterday about how ond of the biggest setups was arrested, yay! https://www.nytimes.com/2018/07/23/business/irs-phone-scams-jeff-sessions.html
They should send them to one of those horrific prisons. 👿
The legal systems are having trouble dealing with this interwebs thingy. But some are catching up. I will give this address again, __________https://www.staysmartonline.gov.au/______ It is Australian based, but interesting info for anyone.
