I have a few bad things but what idk the worst insult or anything An adult has told u as a child that scared u or u just remember

My mom when I graduated college- “We didn’t want you to think you could be better than any of us, that’s why we didn’t come to see you graduate.” Jokes on you mom and dad, I got my masters too AND have an amazing job.
My grandma criticized my body type as a young child. Thx grandma for the eating disorders and self doubt.
I was screwed because I am a Christian, by best friend used to be Catholic, and three of my closest friends are LGBTQ.
This was the youth pastor at my church.
I left not too long after for another church.
adult figure told me my best is and never will be good enough for anyone. not the worst but it's what came to mind 🤷
"You can't have depression, your life is sooo good."
"You aren't deserving of my middle name" (she literally named me but get into it ig)
"Your tears mean nothing to me"
"You don't even remember her birthday, or the day she died, you know nothing about her." My aunt's best friend about my mother (deceased) who SHE NEVER MET once in her life. And of course I remember everything about her and the day she died, worst day of my entire life how could I not????
"Do better", "You're not trying hard enough", etc.
All said by my aunt over the eight years me and my sister have spent living with her and her a*****e friend after our mother died.
