Won't You Be My Neighbor?
It's a documentary on Mr. Rogers. Absolutely loved that man as a child and learning about him was extremely fascinating!

The Poisoner's Handbook.

It mainly follows Alexander Gettler and the cases he served as chief toxicologist on in the early 1900s. It covers arsenic and radium as two of the largest that stand out. Gettler was a very interesting man and his work on cyanide is still referenced today (almost a century later).

The one good thing on Apple TV that I watched when I was using the free trial, it's called "Prehistoric Planet" and it's about dinosaurs. The 3D animation is amazing
