English has a lot of redundant letters and (arguably) could use a few letters it doesn't have. Not to mention, the ordering is completely arbitrary.

There is no need for the letter C. It makes a K or an S sound, what’s the point of C?
The only reason I could see it being necessary is in a “ch” sound such as in check or church (or such).
