“Jimia Carrey”: Airline Passenger’s Histrionics Go Viral After Public Freakout During Arrest
A screaming woman caused quite the commotion on a plane, prompting her arrest and other passengers’ off-boarding. Footage of the incident has since gone viral, with an explanation still to be unveiled by the airline.
On March 23, a TikTok user who goes by “King Jon” uploaded a video that has amassed over 1.8 million views.
Captioning the viral clip, “Spirit at its finest,” King Jon exposed the moment a visibly disturbed woman on her plane’s seat began shouting about freedom.

The clip, which was taken aboard a Spirit Airlines flight, showed the panicked passenger’s encounter with three law enforcement officers, who finally told her she was under arrest.

Upon being put under police’s physical restraint, the woman exclaimed: “That’s fine. I’ve been there before.”
Other passengers appeared to be completely shocked by the event, while other passengers with phones filming the chaotic scene could be seen in King Jon’s video.
At one point, the agitated passenger began shouting: “Let it go,” before adding “Can I do that with freedom? All I care about is freedom.”

She also claimed: “These **** are hurting my elbow! He’s hurting my wrist. You’re hurting me, Sheriff.”
As of Thursday (April 4), the location and what police department was involved is unclear. However, Bored Panda has contacted Spirit Airlines for comment.
The TikToker posted three other clips of the incident, which continued to showcase the woman displaying disarrayed behavior.

In the second video, the disconcerted passenger was seen shouting about her nephew, her ankle hurting, and an incomprehensible rant about Arizona.
She further berated a flight attendant, saying, “This fat b***h is a b***h.” After being filmed being handcuffed, the woman told officers: “I don’t want to go to jail, fatso.”
Many viewers were stunned by the incident, as a TikTok user commented: “Not gonna lie… this makes me so sad honestly.”

A separate individual chimed in: “This is why I pay an extra $200 for Delta. Every time.”
King Jon claimed all the passengers had to deplane so law enforcement could arrest her, Dexerto reported.
The TikToker’s footage of the passenger continued to spark stunned reactions on social media
