    I've often been called arrogant and snobbish because I "sound posh" and use long words. It's not a façade; I just have naturally good pronunciation and a large vocabulary thanks to growing up reading a hell of a lot so it's normal to me to use words like "prevaricating" when I'm talking. At least I aced this quiz.

    Same. My parents were both academics. We only got toys for special occasions, but books were unlimited. I still read for at least an hour every night before bed, and still get a dopamine rush learning a new word.

    Not to be too nitpicky, but isn't "umbral shadow" a bit redundant? The word could have been umbra, with the phrasing, "the moon enter the Earth's umbra..." And maybe throw in "penumbra" as a bonus point for astronomy fans 😁

    It shares the same root as accelerate. Celer is Latin for swift, so celerity is swiftness and accelerate is to make more swift.
