The Cuddle Clones toy company makes custom plush-toy replicas of pets from photos sent in by their clients.
The company’s founder, Jennifer Graham, came up with the idea for custom plushies when hanging out with her Great Dane, Rufus. When he passed away in 2009, she finally created a stuffed-animal replica, and now other users have also started memorializing their pets with Cuddle Clones. Of course, two heads are better than one – you can get a plushie if your pet is perfectly healthy as well!

I made my order and was told I would receive it in 2 months at the end of January. I left several messages wonder about the status of my order. I was told 2 or 3 more times that I would receive at the end of January. I told them if I couldn't get it by Feb1 then I just wanted a refund. This being the last couple of days before February I inquired as to the status of my order. They tell me it will be shipped in a couple of weeks. I then ask for a refund and am told... sorry, you cannot get a full refund. They want me to pay $25 because they already made a 3d graphic. Liars which amounts to thieves. Save your money and time and search out their competitors.

Dog and cats maybe fine. Ordered a guinea pig and between the time I ordered it and received it ours passed away. Opened the box and the supposed replica was the size of a small dog. Few of the markings were the same. They charged me $100 because I wouldn't send new pics to have it redone. I'm not sure what part of our pet was dead was confusing.

Please tell me that the one on the left isn't supposed to be the one on the right ? I sincerely don't mean to be offensive . The one on the left looks like a husky .
