She ruptured a disc resulting in a grade 5 paralysis and was given a 10% chance of surviving as it was so severe. There wasn’t an accident or incident that caused it. She was out for her morning and lunch time walk, then late afternoon she was on a 4 mile wander with a visit to pub before heading home. After a nap she woke up, tried to move and her back legs wouldn’t. She’s been amazing throughout all her treatments and physio and her chief job now is putting smiles on faces, chasing the neighbours’ cat and barking at pesky pigeons
