Motor vehicles are so ubiquitous in our lives that we sometimes consider them a natural part of the urban environment. Like roads, bikes, trees, and coffee shops... However, some cars are so bizarre and 'out there' that you can’t help but do a double take.
The ‘Messed Up Cars’ account on X (formerly Twitter) documents some of the weirdest and most hilarious car memes and pics from around the world. We’ve collected some of the most epic ones to share with you, Pandas. It’s something that will probably amuse and confuse any automobile lover. Enjoy!

WOW there's a lot going on here. Beyond the window decal, that's a Russian car. The licence plate is Belgian. The plate frame says "MADE IN F##KING RUSSIA". The rope is supposed to be a Russian peasant version of the cake tow hooks street racers find in vogue. Also the decal and plate frome are in English despite the fact they're in Belgium. It's all very strange.
It's clearly mislabelled as a 'drive thru'... that's is not the driver's fault! ;-)
Two spoilers is a sign that the owner has no idea how spoilers work.
The car equivalent of that one emo from high school who complained a lot and always smelled weird.
Ahh I know what this is! There's a group of people called Hypermilers. They modify their hybrid cars to maximize their gas mileage and compete to see who can get the best miles per gallon. Some of these people fan squeeze like a hundred miles per gallon out of a Prius.
Looks like UK. A paint job is pretty much all we are allowed. Most of vehicles on here would be illegal in UK.
Dekotora or decotora (デコトラ, dekotora), an abbreviation for "decoration truck", are a style of decorated trucks in Japan.
Oh, give this to a professional and it could end up looking pretty good.
I hope this is the truck from someone who owns a landscaping company. Could you imagine asking for a quote and this truck pulls up to your house?!
Kinda curious how this car came to be? Was is starting to be squashed at a junk yard and someone stopped and bought it as is and this is the result?
Wish I could see the rest of the plate so I could see which country this is. As is, some Latino country. Could be anywhere from Mexico to Argentina. Ahh got it! The billboard is the clue I needed. Mix Center appears to be a chain of truck stops in Ecuador.
I've heard of people calling brush guards "cow catchers" but this guy took the term literally.
Hard right turns get a little painful, but the shifter makes up for it.

I have enjoyed the show where the contestants have a team redo their car into a Hot Wheels.
