The Pins is a character design project that explores the map pin's design possibilities playfully. GPS has been omnipresent in our daily lives, and its dependency has accelerated with the explosive growth of internet-based devices.
The map pin also called “the marker,” traverses the digital domain, becoming a popular cultural icon online/offline. The Pins' design objective is to reflect our GPS-based era and deliver mini-episodes by using personified map pins.
