So a quick overview is that I was hit in the eye with a tree branch and have had 6 surgeries on it so far. My pupil does not adjust anymore so it always looks like it’s extremely dilated and my iris peeled up and is no longer brown but is showing the blue underneath. Also, I no longer have a lens in that eye!
Without a contact, I see nothing, with a contact at power 15 I can see blurred images... like the outline of my hand if it’s close to my face.

Any injury just underneath the nail tends to injure the nail bed (and thus change how the nail grows) In some people, the mail bed is quite far down. People who have amputated the finger to the top of the first joint, can sometimes grow a new nail (usually misshapen though)
