There's always some inconsiderate asshole who doesn't care how or where they park. The worst are those who decide to occupy spaces designated for people with disabilities. The only people who can legally use these spaces are those who hold a permit, but this doesn't stop selfish drivers from claiming these spots on a daily basis. Also, some bikers think it's OK to park on those stripes that sit either side of a disabled parking space. Guess what? Those stripes aren't for bikes! They're there to allow people with disabilities additional room to manoeuvre.
Check out this list compiled by Bored Panda for some of the worst offenders we could find. Don't forget to vote for the most discourteous driver!

What Happens If You Park In A Disabled Spot In Brazil
This is funny and all, but I can't help but think about all the paper that's going to be littered throughout the street.
I think they should fine him for littering, too.
Load More Replies...We also have this one video where a guy threw a bucket of s**t on top of the car. Haha. BR HUEHUEHUE.

Russia Is Using Holograms To Protect Disabled Parking Spaces
Not sure if I'm more surprised by the technology, or the fact that RUSSIA of all places is doing this!
Nono, it was just one day of advertising somewhere in Moscow. Actually we don't have holograms in parking) But in my fitness club parking people who break the parking rules cant leave it till they pay "fine". That's not good to park your very expensive car just because u are lazy and don't care for other people)))
Seeing the hologram which suddenly appear would make me scream, specially in the dark and quiet parking lot
This is really smart, though it would probably be cheaper if people could just stop being JERKS and not take handicapped peoples spots! As you can probably tell, I speak from experience, so this really upsets me.
That would scare the s**t out of me lol. I don't park in those spots but I've seen others do lol
Business Car Parks In Disabled Spot
Should post that to the company's yelp page - maybe then they'd pay attention
This picture is 2 years old, from what I can see from googling, the company closed because of the backlash from this. Serves them right.
Load More Replies...parking in a disabled spot when you're not disabled is a jerk move, but those saying they deserve to lose their business over it..really?
I suppose people are upset because of this person's reaction, swearing at the mother of a disabled child and not showing any remorse, while obviously being in the wrong.
Load More Replies...Good company ethics... I assume you now see the same car without stickers parking illegally in the unemployment buildings handicap spot
Looks like this picture is from 2014. From what I can find with google, the company shut down after the backlash from this. Serves them right!
I'm sure they looked for a handicapped placard.
Load More Replies...Let the punishment fit the crime. People who park in disabled spaces, should be forced to spend a day in a wheelchair
This f****r even replied to f**k off... Some people should just burn by self combustion.
Please Don't Park Like An Ass In The Handicap Area. It Has Extra Room For A Reason
this is why there is designated spots for handicapped parking and not for lazy people
I can't say how many times I've had to actually lift my kid's wheelchair over the side of the ramp because of a******s like this.
My grandpa ran into that problem. It got to the point where sometimes it would park diagonally in two spots so he could get his ramp out.
I have a son in a wheelchair. We have had to park far away because of people like this. Most of the time it's other disabled drivers.
Wheelchairs Take Up All The Parking At A Park In Lisbon, Portugal, To Protest Improper Use Of Handi-accessible Parking
Well...I seriously doubt that this will have the desired effect. Punish those who are considerate while most likely not reaching those who are.
In my country the handicapped parking places are almost always free. I must confess that sometimes it makes me angry. Parking full and 10 places free but inaccessible.
i try to imagine the people crawling on the ground after park their Wheelchairs
This wasn't in Lisbon. It happened on the island of Terceira, Azores.
Yeah, let's show up all the douche bags... by acting like douche bags also. No sympathy for this.
Police Parked In A Handicapped Spot
I've seen this happen before. Police Vehicles parked illegally, I guess they think they are above the law at times, when they should be leading by example.
Police needs to be at an emergency as soon as possible and not drive around parking lot to find a spot.
Load More Replies...A policeman parked his car outside where I used to work, he wandered casually across the street to get some lunch. The only problem was.... he had parked across our customer carparks and blocked everyone in for over 15 minutes. He didn't care, even when I yelled at him for it.
It's probably in Ohio. 2 different cars Parked illegally in front of 2 access ramps here. I had the last eye appointment of the day on the 2nd coldest day of the year. The staff came out as I left, locking the door behind us. I saw both ramps were both blocked by cars and couldn't find the owners, with no way to get off the ramp and to my car. I called the Columbus Police Department explaining the situation & that I have Autonomic failure so can't control my body temperature well. I asked if they could send an officer to help get me & my chair off of the sidewalk or tow one of the vehicles. The officer said "Let me get this straight you're taking up a space on our phone line to report something as petty as an ADA violation when soneone could be reporting a real crime like a shooting or home invasion? ADA Violations AREN'T REAL LAWS nor do we trest them as such. My suggestion to you is to just wait. Eventually someone will come back." I went into hypothermia waiting. My temp was 92.3°F
Well, the US Police is r******d, judging by all the shooting of innocent civilians that happened last year.
Stop making excuses for their inconsiderate parking habits. Even if there was an emergency, they'd normally have a choice of parking spots, and should only park in disabled parking spots when there's absolutely no choice of nearby parking spots.
The Stripes Next To Handicap Spots Are Not Motorcycle Parking
That made me laugh; sure a little irrational but I found the idea of just tipping it over comical.
Load More Replies...Really? Yeah, sorry, just because you ride a motorcycle doesn't mean you get to break the rules and take spots that belong to PEOPLE WHO ACTUALLY NEED THEM
Had a big fight with a building manager at Schofield Bks, Hawaii, who insisted that the access aisles were there as unloading zones for his delivery trucks.
Push them over. Then smash them with a baseball bat time and time again
May This Be The Solution?
Or a wheel lock with standard fine issued for using a disability parking spot. Will be removed when fine is paid.
this may not be the solution because that car is not doing any offence...if it was in a disabled bay then its a different story... what is this pic about anyway because that registration belongs to my city....CAPE TOWN, south africa!
Could the fork lift actually move the Discovery? I'd have thought the Discovery was too big & heavy.
Seems line a just solution but I'm sure the driver could sue if the car was damaged.
Here's A Guy Taking Up 4 Disabled Spots
This makes me furious. Like I could punch a hole in the wall right now. I could pop all his tires and break the windshield. Which would be violent and totally wrong, I know. I just get very angry when people think they're the f@@@ing center of the universe, with no regards to others...
U have some anger issues lol what if you lost your partner or job? Would u lose your damn mind?

I Confronted A Handicap Parking Thief, She Assaults Me
Looks like when people are confronted with the f****d up s**t they're doing they get pissed, I was attacked by a man that I confronted for leaving his dog locked in his car for an hour on a 90 degree day. Now he's meeting me in court on assault charges =) HELL YEA I'm pressing charges!!!
good on you! No one has the right to treat their pets like that

Did anyone else notice she was throwing her old drinks that had been sitting in her car, at him? She put the new ones on the dash. Odds are she was going to leave it on the side of the parking lot anyway. Nasty woman.
He probably could have said "What makes you so special?" a little bit less frequently.
I hope this princess was prosecuted for both the assault and the parking violation. I'd get her on the seatbelt, too.
And there's even a ton of space on that parking lot. What a stupid cow.
Spray Painting Illegally Parked Cars
That might be going a little too far. I agree that it's disgusting that people park in those spots when they aren't disabled, but that's spray painting someone's car is probably illegal.
Hurray: $50 ticket for the driver, $10000 punishment, 20 hours of social work and the repair costs for the sprayer. Fighting illicit behaviour with illicit behaviour is stupid.
Committing a crime while shaming a crime. That's not improving anything.
I've seen this video before. The paint is water soluble and easily washable. The guy sprays an offending car then waits for the driver to return to video the reaction.
Self-righteousness never seems to go to out of style.
Load More Replies...This is messed up. What if some punk kid was driving their parents car, and parked here. Now you are damaging the parent's property, b/c of something the kid did? Or what if he borrowed a friends car? People need to think twice. This crosses a line.
I've actually seen this video before. The paint is water soluable, easily washed off. This person would spray a person's car and then wait and video the reaction from the offender. One guy had a melt down, and his girlfriend said, "I told you not to park there." ha ha! Hilarious!
so . . . we are fighting illegal parking with illegal vandalism?
Ok look, I get people shouldn't use those spots if they're don't need them, but spray painting is a little extreme, you can't just take it all off like the sticky notes
True. What's with all the downvotes to this comment? Lots of people said basically the same thing and got upvoted.
Load More Replies...your average spray paint will not hurt 99.9% of cars, if it has urethane finish and most cars do, the spray paint can be wiped off with a solvent....seen and done it 100s of times
Money Don't Buy Class
Shouldn't assume that a disabled person couldn't possibly drive a sports car. I'm disabled. I have a badge for parking. I am not in a wheelchair and if I wasn't broke I could drive one of these!! Not all disabilities are viable.
But do you see a disabled badge on that car? No. That's the point
Load More Replies...It would be even more astonishing if there would be a blue sticker on the front window...
If Ferrari Co. see this, they will never EVER sell another Ferrari to this douchebags. Ferrari's are driver's car not asshats.
I've a question. So, if your disability doesn't involve a wheelchair, why would u need a specialised spot with extra space and access?
There are many conditions that cause severe pain and make it hard or painful to walk but do not always require a wheel chair. Rheumatoid Arthritis, Lupus, Lyme Disease, Multiple Sclerosis, and Fibromyalgia are just to name a few. A person, myself included, may look fine on the outside but inside is in severe distress.

Serves Them Right For Parking In The Spot For The Disabled
No, it does not. Self-justice in the form of vandalism should not replace law enforcement. And what if for some reason he or she parked there rightly, it was just not visible?
Oh come on, it's not like he wrote "a*****e" and draw a d**k on the car, it's just wheelchairs.
Load More Replies...Again, what if this isn't even the person's car? And even if it was, this is taking it way to far.
Everyone who blocks emergency exits or disabled spots should be sprayed with a paint that fades after a day or so or is easily washable... Lot of people feel worse when their family/friends and so on will see it and ask them what they did then if they just pay a fee or drive away. My dad sits in a wheelchair himself, and having to wait hours or getting your car damaged cause people are not respecting the space a disabled parking spot has is really not just a "baddy baddy".
No, spray painting takes it too far and it makes you just as bad as the person in the spot
break the law in order to educate the law breaker . . .wait . . what?
Making assumptions is always a sign of stupidity. People forget to hang their placards sometimes (I do); how would you feel after doing this seeing someone approach the car leaning heavily on a cane, or in a wheelchair? I hope this a*****e was caught from this video and is serving time.
Taking Not Only One But Two Handicapped Spaces
I used to work at a tow company... and at the time being married to a disabled woman I really took this sort of thing serious. Tat car would be in an impound SO fast....
I saw a high end sports car parked line those at the National Arts Centre in Ottawa.
Mad Woman Parks In Disabled Spot Inappropriately And Gets Called Out For It
People need to think twice before posting stuff like this virally. This person said their intent was to show the cops, but instead not only did they shame the woman by putting her face all over the internet, but this innocent girl in the passengers seat, who I'm sure if her peers saw this video, was teased for something her mom did. People need to think twice about who else is affected by their decisions. If you are mad at this woman, punish her, not her kid!
Sorry but no. Shame the woman. Here is an idea don't park in a handicap spot and you have have to be concerned about people shaming you.

Load More Replies...There are some entries here that could serve as examples, but also several that praise self-justice as reasonable. It is not, for it will not change behaviour and is prone to failure, too. Yes, a car parked in a disabled spot should have a sign, but having none does not necessarily mean that it does not park there because a disabled person disembarked it, and it in particular does not mean that it should be damaged.
I agree. I try not to make assumptions about people who park in handicapped spots without a placard. Could be, they just forgot it. Yes, it is a requirement to have the placard displayed on the vehicle if it doesn't have handicapped plates. But i'm not going to ask someone to prove their disability over a parking space. It's simply not my business. My best friend, who had terminal cancer, had someone get in her face after she parked in a handicapped spot. He said, "you don't look disabled to me!" This is why i don't make assumptions.
Load More Replies...I agree that able people who wilfully park in disabled spots are jerks, but please...don't take justice into your own hands unless you know beyond a shadow of a doubt that no one in that vehicle is disabled. Many disabilities are invisible. Many people have relatively good days and days with disabling flare-ups. Maybe we forgot our placard, or due to a number of possible obstacles, don't have one at the moment. It SUCKS to get told on a regular basis that "Oh, you can't have a disability, you're too young/pretty/aren't missing a limb/etc." Now imagine someone, on a bad health day, fighting to get through their errands mentally and physically, comes out to find their car has been vandalized by a ~vigilante~. Sincerely, someone who personally and via friends/acquaintances has been harassed and mistreated because know-it-alls didn't believe in our disability.
You should be careful however before making snap judgement... I need a handicap pass (Sometimes) sometimes I don't. Sometimes I forget to put it in the window, judgement should be left only to law enforcement, nobody should be the arbitrator of my disability nor should you jump to conclusions about authenticity. That being said, some of these people are in clear violation such as the double spot, the cops and the motorcycles.
I makes me angry , twice today I've had to tell 2 taxi drivers to move from the disabled parking spot as I need the spot (I'm disabled)
Not that you should have to in the first place, but you should complain to the taxi company (it should be against their policy) and if the same company keeps doing it, report them to the police.

Some of these were clearly wrong. Although I echo what others are saying that sometimes you can't see a disability. My mom had one leg and refused to use a handicap spot unless my dad had to push her in a wheelchair when she was too weak to use crutches or roll the chair herself. There is just no good reason for people to take up a handicap spot if they don't need it. It is not really that difficult to walk and most of us could do with a little more walking.
