since the launch of the first iPhone i was loyal costumer. I would change it as soon as new version came out. Sometimes twice. I ve never put a cover on it because I didn’t want to ruin the design, so eventually they all ended with crack screen etc. (except for iphone 4, it was the best but battery sucked)
Then came along October 2016, i had my first baby daughter and bought iphone 8 , also bought a cover . Still have it . I works perfect!
I went from a Windows Phone to an Aquos Crystal (which I loved because of the face id feature but struggled with the 4 GB storage), to a Samsung Galaxy S7 edge which I absolutely loved. After it started slowing down I got the budget Google Pixel 6a. Best 450 dollars I've ever spent. Love the speed, camera, and just all these new features that I never knew were there cause I used android 8.1 until 2022 (fall).
I always thought iPhones were ugly (although the cameras were nice) so I am on team Android
