I worked in a hospital. A patient had pain so I gave him a pill to cure the pain. He swallowed the pill and immediately after swallowing, after literally one f*****g second, he said he still has pain.
He said (german): "Ich merke nichts." That means, he does not fell the effect of the pill. But this sentence also has the meaning that he is dumb and does not understand simple things.
So I had to confirm his statement.
Really a dumb-a** stupid guy. Hope he will not reproduce, causing more problems like him.
