My mom always brags to me "hey! I have a tattoo too!" She has this on her thigh. She had a huge liposarcoma that was just shy of her SI nerve. Fortunately it well well defined but it was not a good time. Anyone who has one of these is very lucky!

Actually it was for a benign tumor that was growing between the bones in my wrist. About 2 years after the first surgery it came back, so there was another. There was also another surgery in between, but that one wasn't necessary and a whole other story.

I think it'd depend on the artist. I don't have a tattoo myself (I definitely want some tho) but I went with my mom to get her latest one done at a new shop, and her artist said he'd totally touch up some of her old ones. The shop owners are two of our favorite people from Ink Master so we totally trust the people they hired to do a good job
