Hey Pandas, What’s The Most Expensive Thing You’ve Ever Bought?

A material item (like not including trips and tuition)-- my alienware laptop. I love it. I've had it for since Dec 2017 and while it is starting to show its age a bit, it still does well by me and is pretty reliable. It still runs the games I live well and processes through things quickly. Most of my friends have gone through multiple laptops in the same amount of time so I think the investment was worth it. I still get complements on it and it is a conversation starter. I think I've only spent like $100-200 on it since getting it and that's been for a replacement battery and extra ram.

I don't know about the most expensive, but for sure the thing that 'felt' the most expensive was a one-piece navy jean-material jumpsuit for $80. My Mom said "Are you going to wear that? Are you sure you will wear that???" but I wear it as often as it comes through the laundry.😁
