For me it was when I was having a panic attack from a friend of ours getting mad at me. She talked me down and was super helpful, asking me what I needed and double checking that I was okay. Afterwards I thanked her for helping me and she was like, "...but I did the bare minimum?"
My ex was super distant and (now that I look back) a self-centered narcissist who only cared about himself. Once I cried on stage, and he went to go play volleyball. He was pretty abusive and I still regularly get panic attacks from flashbacks of him. So glad I'm out of that toxic relationship.
My dogs approved of her. They like people, but they treated her the same way they treat me and my mother. Love your nickname by the way.
I was having a really bad panic attack because I have social anxiety disorder and I had just been overwhelmed by some people who cornered me and started talking sh!t to me and I was sitting in the corner when my friend gives me my stuffed dog (long story) and hugs me until I stop and then forces half their lunch down my throat since I dont eat much, I havent told them because I dont want to ruin our friendship but yeah.
