Why so many f****** guns
Because we're a terrible place with gunslinging republicans who have too much freedom. I swear if a republican shot somebody Trump would let it pass.
Thank god he isn't gonna be in the white house any more often.
Load More Replies...There really aren't as many as people think, even in the country. We're not all packing AK's. I have a 6 shot revolver, that's the only gun I own, and I have it for protection because my town is riddled with Meth Heads. They're not usually packing guns since they'll have sold any they get their hands on, but as I've been stabbed before I really want to avoid getting stabbed again. Hence my revolver. Never had to use it, hope I never have to use it, but as someone whose been attacked on more than one occasion, I'm not getting rid of it. Most everyone I know has 1 or none, most them them on the None scale. Only people I know with more than one are hunter's.
You need to ask the right people the answers here offer no insight.
Because some people are in secret organizations that require you to carry a gun at all times because there are too many people lurking in the shadows, friend or foe, always watching. That’s a whole other story Don’t worry about it
No one knows. They are a great summer camp activity though.
Do you think your 2 party system is working?
no, it really isn't. really wanna go to hell just to whack thomas jefferson on the head with a gun
The 2 party system started with Thomas Jefferson, before then we were just a republic. That's where the democratic party started. While there have been numerous other parties over our counties life, the Democrats and Republicans have been the front runners. Most of the 3rd parties aren't even recognized in some states which is something that needs to be addressed ok a state level because you can't have primaries there. None of the 3rd parties are ever invited to the debates because of the two ruling parties. Is the system messed up, yes. Can we fix it, I'm hoping so but most people don't know where to start. It needs to start on a state level to get the 3rd parties recognized and move up from there. Most States don't even have 3rd party people in their own state government. Also keep in mind our states are Semi-independant. You want to fix the government you need to fix the state level too. Term limits on Congress is a wonderful start since they have none but our presidents do.
No. No I do not. But voting 3rd party lets in the worst candidates. Also, the electoral collage, blatent gerrymandering, Senate's lack of term limits and ability to raise their pay, etc. Even though we're just shy of 250 years in, this is still a relatively new country. We are still "the American experiment." The one hope we have is that things can be changed. It may take forever, be messy, and expose both the best and the worst of us, but I still believe in this country.
No, very few do because both are after the same thing and not our best interests
Have more parties? Like libertarians in the center, or something? I know you have a libertarian alliance, but they're really marginal.

why the downvotes, it's true. tr*mp committed major tax fraud, something that can be punished with a minimum of 10 years so...
Load More Replies...Why did u vote for Trump. And why did u let Hillary run for prez.
I was 8 when trump got elected but Hillary wanted to ban all guns even nerf guns thats all i know
trump lost popular vote, he won because of the electoral college (one of the dumbest things ever).
only like 90 mil of us voted for him but he got elected because are voting system is crap
Well, I didn’t vote for trump and I didn’t “let” Hillary do anything.
Hi! I am an american, here is the answers to your questions. I will add your handle with each individual question so you know it's the question you asked. 1.@ Zach Dovahkin, you wrote; why so many f*****g guns? Answer: Honestly dude, I don't f*****g know. Never even been within a 50 yard radius of one, myself. I think it has something to do with "just because I can" but honestly, I think just because you can, doesn't mean you should. 2.@Titas Burkinskas, you wrote; do you think our 2 party system is working? Answer: HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAH no. 3. @ AJ grimes, you wrote: why did we vote for trump. Answer: Again, no idea. my best guess is that because he used a fear based tactic " the mexicans are rapists, we need to put a border up to save our country, immigrants are taking our jobs" (all bullshit, mind you) people got scared enough to vote for him. That's just my best guess tho. I'm really not sure how trump voter's minds work.
Thank you for knowing that the fact that mexicans are rapists and are taking our jobs is a lie.
your welcome, I don't understand why people would think that they are job stealing rapists. they must just be lacking a fundamental amount of brain cells.
Load More Replies...Is "democratic behavior" behavior democracies enjoy or is it behavior that promotes democracy? They are not necessarily the same things.
all i know is that trump doesn't like it and if trump doesn't like it, it's probably the better option
We talk abour Democratic behavior in ignorance. A false standard invented for an agenda. LOL. Who cares on both sides they act like lunatics and cate nothing about their responsibilities. The pander to the lowest common denominator on both side to just get reelected. That is true democratic behavior. LOL
It might help if we consider C. S. Lewis's application of this question to monarchies. The French Revolution was a result of the monarchy doing what it enjoys (excesses of all kinds, capricious laws, brutal enforcements) rather than what would preserve the monarchy (taking care of its subjects). For democracies, one such behavior is the creation of "rights" effectively out of thin air, and the application of such rights to all situations, not just the limits individual rights place on the actions of government.
I have a few...
- Why is water at restaurants free?
- Why don't you like or use the metric system?
- Why is it ok to drive at 16, vote and have a gun at 18, but a beer before 21 is NOT ok???
- Why are cars so cheap?
- Don't you think health insurance would be a good idea? like for everyone?
Ok I'll stop now
1. Tap water is free but idk. 2. Grew up using it but metric looks so much easier. 3. Depends if your parents allow you two im 11 and i have a small 22 rifle under my dads name and idk. 4. They seem expensive to me but we use USD which looks cheaper compared to other places. 5. Ima kid so yeah dont understand
idk why tap water is free. Grew up using the americna system probably because back in ye olden days America wanted to completely separate itself from Great Britain. Because your brain doesn't stop developing until you are 25, and drinking as a teen can mess up your brain. I'm a kid so idk. Yes. Yes, yes, yes. We need universal health insurance. We already pay taxes that go to hospitals, but then we have to pay again afterwards.
Bottled water isn't free, but because water is really easy to get, bottled water only really costs money for the packaging We don't use the metric system bc Congress is allowed to change it, and France made it and we decided to use it. Because alcohol and drugs can damage your brain when you're still growing, and it was thought that the brain stopped growing at 21 (we later found out its actually 25 and many people are trying to get that to be the age). No clue... Not really, because then the doctors- which we already have a shortage of- won't be payed as well, the hospitals won't be able to afford good equipment. It should be fine for those that "qualify" or "need" it
I get that point of saying "The brain isn't fully developed yet". But why do they think it's smart to give the same person (with a not fully grown brain) a gun? Isn't that dangerous too?
Load More Replies...1. Because it's not like water is hard to make or find, or ship or anything 2. I have no idea, but I like our system better because it's the one I've grown up with and I don't feel like switching. 3. Driving at 16 is ok, as long as you prove your responsible enough. Owning a gun at 18 is not okay, and by the time everyone is 21, for the most part their brains have stopped developing. Drinking restrictions are the one thing we do right. 4. Are they?? I have no idea. 5. Yes. But our healthcare system is easier for everyone in charge to make money off of, so it doesn't look like it'll change soon.
I lloed into it. In fact cars are cheaper in the us. Where I live a normal Jeep Wrangler costs about 50.000 €, which is around 60,000 $. the averange price of a Wrangler in the us is 32,000 $. Like I'm really jealous because I want a jeep and can't afford it. I could only imagen it's because Jeep produces in the us, but also in italy which is close to germany
