Grapes in yellow mustard. Sounds awful but actually pretty good. Please don’t hate me!

YES! My Dad actually turned me onto this. Except he used powdered mustard, reconstituted with water. He'd wash small grapes, any kind, just small ones, and cut up a block of brick cheese into small cubes and eat them. LOVE this!

Peanut butter and jelly sandwiches with Ruffles potato chips crumbled up on it. Has to be creamy peanut butter, grape jelly and nice, fresh, crispy Ruffles, all between two pillow-y soft pieces of white bread. Don't knock til you've tried it!

Didn't see this in The Joy of French Cooking. Just kidding! I would have this with a glass of milk. Yum!

apples and melted cheese. you can melt the cheese on top of the apples but it's best when the apples are cold and crunchy with hot, melty cheddar cheese drizzled on top. making your own cheese sauce is even better and it's so easy.

YESSS, I have my own recipe for this! 2 tablespoons butter, 2 tablespoons all purpose flour - cook it until a very light brown. 1 cup milk, 1 cup chicken stock/broth. Simmer until it thickens slightly. Add pepper, salt, any seasonings you like, like paprika cayenne, etc. Add in 2 cups shredded cheese from block. I like a mix of sharp and mild cheddar, monterey jack and parm (so 1/2 cup each). Stir until melted and blended. If too thick, add in 1/4 cup chicken stock/broth, until it stirs smoothly and thickly coats the back of a spoon. Store in a small pot. To reheat, reheat on the stove, using 1/4 cup milk to thin as needed. GREAT with apples, pears, veggies, bread cubes, etc.

My siblings and I love plain corn chips with natural/Greek yoghurt. Used to use sour cream until we decided to be healthier.

YES, sour cream and anything to dip! Love greek yogurt for this too, or cottage cheese.

Orange segments dipped in Colman's English mustard. If you want to go hardcore, have lemon wedges.

My Mom's Uncle got her turned on to orange segments with homemade horseradish. I'm not sure if I can find Colman's here, but I'll definitely look! Like another post, my Dad turned me onto small grapes, small cubes of brick cheese with powdered mustard (reconstituted with water). Thanks for the suggestion!

You know those hot dog lunchables that come with chocolate? Those, cold, with the chocolate on top of the hot dogs.

Oooh. A friend of mine once tried thin shaved (with a potato peeler) dark chocolate over all beef hot dogs on thick, toasted buns with a crushed tomato/onion/garlic sauce heavy on the pepper and it was soooooo good.

This kinda makes sense to me, because deli tuna where I live is SOOOO bland, it's literally nothing but tuna and mayo, that's it. I like my tuna with a slightly sour kick, so I can see ketchup working.

Grew up on a dairy farm and milk was the only beverage offered or served to children in my house. I didn’t get to enjoy soda, juice, etc. until I was a teen and ate away from home on occasion. When totally away from the farm (which I loved and miss terribly - just not the drinking the milk part) I cut milk from my diet. Used incorporated in baked goods etc. is fine however. Now I use orange juice instead of milk on my Cheerios. Delicious!
