My friend is at a dance recital with her cousin and the rest of their dance group. All of them are very obviously Indian (this is important later). So this lady comes up to them and says “Your white privilege is showing.” One of the people in the group says “Actually, we’re Asian,” and the lady replies “Oh my god, really? I just LOVE K-pop. So where are y’all from, North or South China?” “Actually ma’am, we’re Indians.” She just goes red and walks off
My sister was "going out" with a guy, but he wasn't anything official yet. She was trying to keep it hush.
So one day she's out with him and wants Mom to know she won't be back for supper, so she texts "Going to supper with Chad (not his real name)."
Only, she put it on the WHOLE family group chat.🤣🤣🤣 The one with the siblings and grandparents and EVERYBODY on it.😆
I saw it right away, but she didn't. I frantically texted her, but it was too late. Everyone was like "Waiiittt, who's Chad???"
She tried to back out of it, but it was too late. They're dating now, so it's okay, but man was she mad at herself for a bit.🤣
