I believe in God and that He sent His Son, Jesus Christ to die for our sins. I believe that through faith and faith alone you can be saved. I would love to talk to you about Christ in a loving way. Let's all be respectful to one another.

What does your church and/or beliefs say about lgbtqia people? I just wondered from a point of curiosity as I have heard of some churches being accepting and other strongly against queer people. Why do you think different churches have different opinions?

My church is against homosexuality because it is considered morally wrong and God is against it. Leviticus 18:22 says "Do not have sexual relations with a man as one does with a woman; that is detestable." We believe that God designed the world with men having relations with women and vice versa. As a Christian, I do believe this too. Some churches have been more accepting because they are conformists and have conformed to the worldly views. Some may be accepting because they either misunderstand or twist the words of the Bible. These are just my guesses. Also, just because I'm a Christian and do not believe in homosexuality does not mean I hate queer people. Please do not think that. I simply just do not take part the community and have different beliefs. God says to love everyone. I can love someone even if I disagree with them.
