Are u feeling a sort of relief when your without it, or a sense of dread when u return to it?

Do u stress over the prep for it, do u feel like u need to hide yourself when your with it?

Sorry for the ominous text, i didnt know whether this was about a person or a hobby or such...

Needless to say, if it does more harm than good (mentally or physically) drop it, everything in life requires an input and an output, its the reason why people use paddles instead of their hands and why fisherman patch a ship before setting sail...

Dont lose yourself in something/one thats not doing u any good :3

I made this post in the vein of "Life is too short to....." Sorry I wasn't more specific.

Generally, it's how much of a headache it causes. Not literally, but figuratively.

Meaning, if I find that whatever it is goes from being a mild annoyance, to a point where it's the only thing I think about for hours at a time? Unless that constant thought brings me happiness or relaxation, then whatever it is that's causing that feeling, needs to go.
