I don't know how to tell my parents that I have been depressed and suicidal. I am mostly better now, so do i need to tell them? Also, my dad is a psychiatrist, and he has threatened to send me to a therapist before. I was planning on telling them before, but they were like "are you suicidal? Are you gonna hurt yourself?do you need a therapist?" I got scared and told them about a smaller thing instead. Help!

I would try to maybe drop hints about it? I not know if I can help but I'm here to tell you that you are important and awesome and you deserve to live. Please don't hurt yourself on purpose! Also, if dropping hints doesn't work, just ask them if they have a few minutes to spare and say something along the lines of: Hey mom and dad, I have to tell you something important. Please just listen for the moment and don't interrupt me.. here's what I want to say... hope this helped!!

i cant sleep.
so if u dont know, u suppo to get 8 hrs of sleep..but to me it feel like it take me 12 hrs to go to sleep

Going to bed at the same time every day usually helps because it sets up a routine for your body. When I can't sleep I usually turn the heat down a little and try to focus on a good memory. Or, like a previous person said, I count too. If that doesn't work, try the military method, it works wonders!
