I thought about committing suicide. I regret it a whole bunch of ever thinking about it. I haven't told anyone.

1 in 5 people have suicidal thoughts and 1 in 15 attempt it. That means if you're in a room with 15 people one of them has attempted suicide and 3 of them have thought about it. You aren't alone and you should talk to someone if this is a problem you're still experiencing
