My wife found something in a similar vein... we have a 4ft tall, massive (and ungodly heavy) red marble vase that sits in the center of our dining room table. She has to get on a ladder to change out her seasonal arrangement that she keeps in it. Picked it up for like $20.
I really like this because he looks so untamed and it's definitely different from any bust I've seen before!!
Swain Barstools Approximately $2,300 Each. Paid $15 Each
Some people just don’t know or care what they have. We always have a twice yearly large item garbage pickup where we live and people go around finding their own treasures. One man’s trash, as they say. This year my husband, an audiophile, found speakers he says he can resell for $800, on the side of the road. He’s found other stereo equipment in the past and even a decent guitar.
My GF Likes To Find The Weirdest Clothes At Goodwill
You make them look cool if this is you, but whoever (ahem) "hid" your face deserves a smack because this isn't even as good as a small black rectangle.
Load More Replies...Good thing I can’t see her face- just kidding she is really pretty!
I work with fully grown adults (50+) who would do harm to her to get that jacket. They are Disney fanatics and collect/hoard anything Disney. If/when she decides to get rid of it, she should try to sell it online first. She may make some money, especially if she can flog it on some kind of Disney fanatic website. Also, leave her alone! She's quirky, and quirky is very cool. My daughter is a cosplayer, and has regularly gone to the store dressed like an elf. She's a beautiful elf, and I love watching uptight people have mini myocardial infarctions because a young adult elf is buying avocados lol. I love that she is quirky, nerdy, and creative. It takes courage to be quirky. (Is your gf Nikova Solace? I'm sure that you love your gf's quirkiness and probably tease her. Someone will pop on here soon and chastise you for making fun of her 🙄)

If you decide to sell, look at ebay first. When I was looking yours up, one of the results was an ebay sale of this model for $500. That one was listed as new; I don't know how much an older one is. But don't let someone offer you $30 for it. Very cool find!

Cookie Jar My Mother Bought, For Me, From A Junk Store Almost 50 Years Ago For 25 Or 50 Cents.
I'd like to add that this guy has traveled across Canada 5 times and no matter what my current decorating style is, he finds a place in my kitchen.
I spent far too long, trying to figure why it looked glass but he was holding what looked like a wood cup with a candle. Then I realized he had clasped hands. Then I realized whatever I was seeing was behind Mr. Davy Crockett.
Load More Replies...Ooh That's money check the info on it I think that's an antique cookie jar
Just did a search and apparently these were made in 1956, so while not officially antique being less than 100 years old, it is considered vintage.

You can. They're new, meant to look old. I think they stopped selling them though, so you're going to pay extra from a seller. I've seen between $45-$75. So this person's buy was amazing.

I can't put a picture, but I got a gorgeous white dress for my year six graduation.
I bought a tooled leather purse when I was like 8 years old for $2. It had the word ALASKA carved in the top flop and a ram over the entire back. It took a few years to realize that as an Aries, I'm a ram. So that was cool. It's been almost 30 years and it still looks good.
