Seeing how much you liked our first selection of optical illusion photos, we figured it was high time to show you more. We’ve spent a lot of time looking for more incredible examples of illusion pictures, and we must say it was much harder to find interesting eye tricks this time.
As we’ve talked before, optical illusions are created by our minds which always try to find the easiest way to look at things. At a first glance, we try to relate each unique image with the most basic and close interpretation of it, and only after a few seconds do we realize that separate details of the interesting photo don’t even make sense.
Forced perspective is another common technique in creating cool optical illusions: it manipulates our visual perception by making the object look larger, smaller, closer, or further away than it actually is.
