The restaurant setting, the table for two, the tears shed when her supposed SO ghosted her as the countdown went to zero, for what should have been a very special occasion. Only the dog under the table was there for companionship, the disappointment of being stood up amplified by having to cuddle the one true companion to calm things down instead of celebrate. Yes, turn it into a learning experience and move on. He was not worth it.

You are definitely good at drawing your strip. Keep it up. Ignore the nay sayers. A person's struggles with their issues may be easier or harder than yours. Ignore the hazardous people who have never had to struggle at anything. I am not an artist like you, but I know it takes a lot of thought and hard work to become an artist. And showing yourself by using your art is even harder sometimes. You are doing great. Hope you have a beautiful book of your creations for sale someday.
