When my ex and I were dating, if we were driving somewhere, I'd stop in the middle of a conversation to gawk out the window, full rubberneck head twist mode, at people walking by with their dogs. I wasn't ogling the humans; couldn't care less. I was ogling the dogs XD

My husband and I got married late in life. We don’t have kids, so we have cats and dogs. We’re down to two cats right now—-we had a dogs and five cats at one point—-and it’s eerily quiet in the house. Guess how many pictures of ourselves and our families we have on the wall as opposed to pictures of our pets, past and present?
