Fall In Love With Arizona

It is cold enough to snow in the desert, but its usually to dry. Clouds lift in the evening, and cold air from the northern mountains sinks into the valley. Ice forms on top of small puddles, and people have frozen to death during cold, winter nights. It snows in the northern mountains, and there is at least 1 snow skiing resort. Arizona is not simply sheer heat all the time.

It would be bearable, Nov - Feb.
