I Gave These Cats Bizarre Likes And Dislikes To Help Get Them Adopted

One of my dogs is nicknamed Blinky, because his collar blinks at night time so that I don't trip over him and cars can see him if he gets loose. He's a runner and he's black. Luckily I've never had to put the blinks to the test.

this mean that in most Hollywood movies the main characters are white. And the characters in general don't represent the diversity in general.

Like the other posts said, it's making movies either centered around a white character (Matt Damon's new movie, The Great Wall) or casting a white actor for a non-white role (like how they almost made the love interest in the live-action Mulan white). Also, don't listen to the negativity. I think it's great that you're actively asking questions online. It's how you learn!

Also putting white actors in rolls where they should be another race. Like white actors in live adaptations of anime instead of Asian actors.

When a white actor is hired to play the part of a different race or ethnicity... Also, in general a lack of diversity in films.... but mostly the first.

A good example is that movie out about the Great Wall with Matt Damon. Shoulda been an Asian lead not a white guy given the story. Another is the last Samarai with Tom Cruse. Same deal

Casting white actors/actresses in roles of ethnic characters.

It's when they cast Matt Damon in a movie about the Great Wall of China. It's featuring Brad Pitt on the poster for 12 years a slave. It's casting Ben Affleck as Tony Mendez. It would be incredibly easy to get people with the actual ethnic background as the character but instead they go and hire a white person

And especially, when they hire white actors to represent characters that are people of color, instead of using actresses/actors of color.

And I'm twelve and i"m fully aware. Its when hollywood puts a white person instead of the ethnically correct character in their place and quite frankly i'm sick of this s**t.
