Much to his surprise, the rabbits didn't run away in fear, rather they ganged up and ran after Napoleon. Napoleon retreated and they kept coming.... even hopping into his carriage. As it turns out, the people responsible for trapping wild rabbits for the hunt had actually bought tame rabbits from local farmers. (sigh... and giggle)
